I drove down to Southern California with a classmate on Fri, Aug. 24th in preparation for an away elective in Los Angeles. After and long and uneventful drive, I arrived at home at 2:00 am

The thing I remember most about your dad's house in S.A. was the courtyard filled with trees.

and if I ever finish my personal statement for my residency application so that I have more time to play around with livejournal I'll post more pictures.

I think always having either flowering or fruit-producing plants around makes me kind of jaded when people keep up plants that neither fruit nor flower. I mean I know these plants are producing valuable oxygen, but it is too much to ask that they pull their own weight around the place? ;)
