First day on my own...

The 24th here was the first day I was left on my own since both of the twins have to work for the next couple of days. I was left with a set of keys, a map and a cell phone to contact them in case I got lost. It was also the first day since I've been here that its been overcast and raining strongly for most of the day

Was "Dial 'M' for Murder" dubbed? I've often found that watching a familiar movie in an unfamiliar place is very comforting. When I spent Christmas in London during my sophomore year in college, the BBC showed a different Astaire/Rogers movie each night. I really enjoted curlign up to Fred and Ginger at the end of the day's adventures.

it had Chinese subtitles though and I agree that it is comforting. Plus, since the Twins have internet access at home, I can listen to NPR or watch the occasional YouTube video. ;)
