Christmas day at the National Palace Museum

Had a very busy day today on "On my own" Day#2. =)

After breakfast, I went out for a 40 minute walk/jog around a local park, then walked up the 11 flights of stairs to the Twins apartment for further exercise.

It's like the RuPaul of pigeons - which I mean in a good way.

For some reason, the name "Meat Shaped Stone" amuses me a lot. I think it reminds me of a Spinal Tap album title. As stones go, though, that one definitely looks like a big hunk of meat.

I'm impressed that you were able to navigate all the way across the city, and even venture out for an amble to the park. It made for a memorable Christmas, I'm sure.

Yeah, that bird surprised me quite a bit. I thought it was an alien bird. =D

I get a laugh out of the "Meat Shaped Stone" name as well.
