History where America was duped into voting for socialism. I'll be meeting many of you when were all out digging ditches for no reason . . . Thank you America for listening to the liberal media, who has straight lied through their teeth about how "horrible" the republicans have been in office ( Read more... )

Yeah, I'm probably not going to church anymore often. But I am still pissed with my country's inability to not think rationally and cut the damn TV off. Whatever, I'll be thanking everyone I can reach with my bare hands down the road when this country falls apart.

Really. how likely is it that your country is going to fall apart any more than it already has?

Think of it this way. He's going to do better than bush I can almost guarantee it. With the shape our country is in something new is worthy of a try for sure.

He might do it right or he might not. He's our president now and all we can do is hope for the best.

I feel like it can only go uphill from here.

As the days have gone by, I have adopted a "wait and see" approach. I have also begun telling myself that "whatever happens in Washington won't affect us here in Mobile."

I mean, I really see nothing good coming from this guy. He reeks of socalism, which will clash completely with our capitalist nature here . . .

. . . I'm not going to do this here with ya'll.

I too, even though I wanted Obama to win, have the same feeling on your "Wait and see" approach. You can never know who's gonna really do better for us unless they actually go out and do it.

But like I said... with the shit we are in, it's likely for things to get better not worse. It certainly wasn't getting better with Bush in office so now that he's leaving that's at least one step forward... (Unless you approved of Bush...)
