As I get older, I find myself looking up more often when I walk. I've recently made an effort to take walks on my lunch break. It seems to help keep my blood pressure under control. I wonder who is still here? I haven't posted in months. I figured they would have deleted my account. I'm starting to get tired of facebook because there are so many short snippets. I started thinking about writing more than a sentence or two and realized I missed LJ. So, I popped in to get myself used to the idea again.

I'm trying to meditate, self heal and vitamin C away a cold. I wonder if that really works or if it just needs to take its course. At least I feel like I am trying something.

I just read the most incredibly stupid thing in the local paper. I pulled the Queen of Cups this AM for my daily card. But, of course. I am spending the weekend handing out reusable water bottles in front of the free water station at the Celtic Festival. How perfect. May you never thirst! And, may we all figure out how to stop buying bottled water. It is a habit we can break if we do a little planning.

Surely, most cities must have laws about how many potties must be available at an event based on the amount of people there. I feel like I spent yesterday in a third world country, and yet, I was working at the AMA Supercross event in the middle of San Francisco ( Read more... )
