Consciousness held off and gave me a glimpse of the past
Two worlds colliding once again
So I return to the old tree in this time of reflection
Time erases pain and reminds me to focus on happiness
Some bonds are made of sterner stuff

up at the Black Cat tonight to see Patton Oswalt and co. Funniest of the night in my opinion was Brian Posehn. Got to shake his hand and appreciated his show. Funny dude.

Anyway...

*poof* again.

I certainly did not imagine I'd be programming assembly while drinking scotch and listening to John Denver 2 weeks after the start of my 27th year.
