and it's always good to see that you've made it to the Y. And it always makes me think I should get off my fat ass and do *something*. So you get a *bouncy* and congrats for sticking with it. Hope the FL trip goes well.
While I'm not keeping a food journal, I'm definitely eating healthier foods and I am feeling the difference. It's all about how I feel and I'm making food decisions based on foods that make me feel better. Fortunately, I also happen to enjoy lots and lots of veggies and fruits and creating interesting combinations of tasty, healthy foods.
Oven roasting has become my favorite way to prep veggies. Oven-roasted okra is very scrumptious and I had a friend suggest I season it with the Indian seasoning, chaat masala. Chaat masala is a key ingredient of the kachumber salad. YUM!
