Stomach Tuck

Breaking old habits, especially comfort ones is rough. I'm in the same boat as you. I've had several friends get their stomach's tucked and the men seem to do fine, with females, it seems to be much more of a crap shoot. I've had one friend with no trouble, one who's almost died, and one who did die from complications due to her surgery. So, finding a way to a sustainable, lifelong way to lose weight is taking me years and a lot of hit or misses. Mostly misses. If you need an email or phone pal to support you, in this journey, let me know.

I had to think about who this was for a bit. :) Totally forgetting nicknames. Right now not up for a phone/email pal. Once I get a doctor to listen and figure out something maybe. The scary thing is that doctors all seem to think it is the magic pill to fix it all. I have had the same thing with friends. also some just gain it all right back after 2-3 years.
