Man. Even though I partied the last two nights in a row and didn't get much sleep, I'm still feeling great. I worked out the last two days and I'm at like 200 lbs. now and I really feel pretty fuckin fantastic. I have lost 40 lbs. since this summer (about 6 months but that includes 6 months of fairly heavy drinking too) so that's pretty awesome. ( Read more... )

I saw Queens of the Stone Age on March 20. Man, that show was amazing. Even though my friend Bruce decided not to go with me, I had a great time. There are so many good things about the 80s. Sometimes I wonder why the 80s were so cool and the 90s seem to be so much less cool. I recently discovered the best police/drama/comedy from the 80s, Sledge Hammer! It is SO good, kind of like Naked Gun but better. Funnier, more violent, etc. I love it all.
