I would rather be in the west actually. The transmissions comgin from there seem less bothersome than here.

Melodramatics mostly, separation anxiety among other things. Point in fact they are giving me a headache. Since you are in charge of this sector, do I have leave to take extreme measures against those who are out of control?

I can see that. This behavior is akin to children who have not received a toy.

If any are out of control, you are allowed to maintain discipline, provided they are not destroyed and you are tried for a mistaken crime.
