I've heard somewhere that getting a 2:2 or a third can actually work against you D: And that scares me. But overall I do think, first and foremost, it matters what you learn from it. No paper can prove exactly what you've learned and it's whoever's loss if they gain nothing apart from paper from the degree (including if they already knew everything the degree taught).

Yeah, I don't think GCSEs matter, only to progress onto more education like A-levels and then university etc. Getting a good grade in English and Maths is important and worth something though. Just enough to let your employers know you're not completely incompetent.

Other than that I'm not entirely sure of the point you are trying to make :( I don't the degrees are that easy.

yep.
in my artschool we still have the diploma stuff without exams and the like....i dont have to worry about degrees. but it really makes lazy to a certain point.:s

I'm livin' in swindon right now- I go to cons, the regular and irregular kind. (also go to anime cons like aya and such)
i've had tables at things like EXPO and comic thing.. have you ever had tables at any cons? =0 maybe we have met before
