Icon Post: ER, The Black Donnellys, Heroes, etc...

Seems like it's been ages since I've made icons.  I felt like it was time to try my hand at them again. What I'm going to ask of you guys though, is to give me contructive feedback. I notice my icons are too bland and matte and I just can't figure out how to give them that "glow" without screwing up with the colors. Not that my coloring is anything
