A little smaller than I'd like, but plenty good enough for the now and the near future. Upsides being that there's less real estate to clean, heat, and cool.

Goodness, Van's gotten big. I don't know why I just think of him as still being half-grown sized.

You are a far far better housekeeper than I am.

I actually envy you having a wood floor. I've always kind of preferred them to carpeting.

I'll admit it's not usually quite so clean, clutter accumulates on the desk and table.

I had to get the rug, otherwise it sounded like a basketball court in there.
