Health!!
Whoot! I went to the doc today. Weight: 162. Blood pressure 111 over 60!!!!!!!!!!!!! My diastolic had started to creep up to the 80's which is one of the things that prompted me to try again to lose weight. I'm so happy its down! The HTN, it runs in mah fambly! -
