Back from Ireland as my brother got married. Spent 10 nice days there, to short really. Great weather. And as usual really miss my family when I come back here:( Some foto's under the cut.

just back from Austria. 1 day we were on the teraas from the Liftradl and these 2 guy's started playing 1 with an accordion and thee other with a trumpet. As you can see by the time I didn't make it to Alphen tonight as my girlfriend's party was yesterday and I drank way to much and didn't get to bed till 4:00. Well were hoping to leave Friday early to Oberndorf Austria for 2 weeks of sking but for me it will be another 2 weeks in a learners class:( Had a busy day today getting everything cleaned as I hate coming back to a house not cleaned I probally sound like a housewife:) and did some shopping the main part 24 bread rolls and 4 packets of roast beef ( Read more... )

Today we went to the Groenoordhallen in Leiden to see the sculpture festival "Rembrandt in snow and ice". I don't know any of his paintings so to me it was just like looking at sculptures made of ice although most of them were his paintings done in ice. A year ago last November my parents were here and they left us € 100 to buy something. We spent € 64 of it today and bought ourselves a steengrill which translates to stone grill in English though its not in the dictionary. I only had a steengrill meal 1 time and that was in Austria 2 years ago, and it was yummy so Im looking forward to ( Read more... )
