I was able to resolve part of the issue with the Mortgage co. Apparently a work order was submitted in January, before I was able to pay the mortgage for Dec and Jan. After I paid they stopped the order, but did not tell the Property management co who went out towards the end of Feb. I received word from the Lawyers that I should receive paperwork giving me the Administratrix authority to take care of my Mother's estate. They also are sending information for a realtor.
