We're not so sure about this application, so we've voted to deny it unless some revisions are made:

• We'd like it if you expanded the back story to rehash the events of canon, both as a courtesy to people not familiar with the story but also to try and make a connection with how you view canon and your choices for the character. This would also help us make sure you fully understand the canon and, especially since you're using a show which has had many revisions, show where you're drawing your knowledge of the show from.
• We're not sure if your characterization of Peter really reflects how the character developed in response to the events of canon (ie, is Peter really always forgiving and never holds a grudge of he turns Jason away in Promise, etc.) and so we'd like for either your application to (in connection with the first point) better show where you're drawing his personality from, or to possibly reconsider aspects of that characterization.
