(1) An individual who facilitates the transaction at a point of sale.

(2) Sam

e.g. "Hey, Register Biscuit! Give me all your cash, I've got a fucking gun!"

Synonyms;

Till-Monkey, Clerk (cf. Kevin Smith, 1994), Cashier, Sam

Actually, I think register biscuit is largely reserved for people who work in electronics shops anyway. The only place I've ever really seen it used in context is here - http://www.penny-arcade.com/comic/2002/03/20

But it's such a delightful term.
