how much of a persons looks dictates your willingness to date them?

i am curious because i believe my biggest problem is that looks pretty much dictates everything for me from the get....all opinions are appreciated. thanks!

if i dont think hes cute, im not going out with him. im trying to get out of the box though, and be a bit more open since i have a specific taste, it may be helpful to be more open. but thus far, i find it difficult to do. but you never know what may happen

because i am one of those women who can learn to love something about a guy asides from their looks as long as they're not ugly. but of course looks is definitely what attracts me first. but "the prettiest people do the ugliest things." a cute face don't change the fact that someone's an asshole. this is my test: if i CAN'T fantasize about having sex with them, it ain't gonna work.

I definitely look for beauty.. it's a plus for sure, but along with that I look for a good heart, brains, and integrity. As far as looks alone go it is very important to me. As shallow as it sounds, it's true. Natural selection maybe? If I'm not completely "hubba-hubba drool factor" over a person it's likely I'll lose interest in the long haul. But I learned that a person is attracted to other people who have similar physical features. Pretty interesting. I agree with h0tsauc3, if you can't picture yourself having sex with them, it isn't going to work. How much you're attracted to them can make or break your sex life. And we all know how important sex is. haha.
