For them as are interested, the Burnham tri date in 2009 looks like it will be 14th June. There aren't any entry forms available yet, this is just the date I have got from my tri club

Bloody cold. Plus there was about a 500m mud swamp with the ground under it at uncertain angles waiting to fell you on the flat bit both out and back. Still, it could have been worse. I could have been (a) one of the marshals stationed on top of the hill in the freezing gale (I was warm by then, I'd just run/walked up the knoll), or (b) the girl with the blue top and shorts who was miles faster than me except when she had to go through the mud when she got reduced to a walking totter.

All in all, a good Sunday out

I will not be able to do Bernham unfortunately. I have a wedding to go to.
