Roast chicken

Finally got this exactly right, including the roasties. I can even remember what I did slightly different this time as well. And to cap it all, Al even ate his without the usual air of unwillingness he had shown when it was server previously.

Luckily for me, there is enough left over for my next two evening meals as well :)

Hang on, how on earth can you not doa roast chicken properly? It's truly, ridiculously easy.

True, it is possible to do it well without any worries. But it is also possible to get all the bits (like the roast potatoes, and the bacon trimmings etc) just exactly right as well. And that is what I finally managed, at about the 6th attempt, was everything right.
