Trying to break the cycle of over eating and stuffing myself, by trying to shrink my stomach a little...

I'm currently on my second say of juice fasting, well I'm 36hours in.... I felt a little hungry yesterday, but I feel great today.
Just wondering if anyone had any advice on the best length of time to juice fast for?

Well guess what, it's only day three of being back at university, and I already haven't managed to make it to my lectures.

I weighed myself this morning. May last year I was 108lbs, and as of this morning i'm 125.2lbs.

Fucking Disgusting, that's a 17lbs gain.
I disgust myself.
couldn't/didn't want to leave the house.

I am so very very tired today,

right now I am watching you sleep. I can't get my mind to shhh, I can't focus on the television, or my lectures, or even on my own thoughts.

I have so many plans for myself, things I want to do, goals I want to reach. 
I'm perfectly capable of reaching all of my goals, but I'm struggling right now, so I'm going to use the christmas holiday as a bit of a break, a time to refuel.
