The bankruptcy issue somehow reminded me of an article I read recently about enforcing dead beat dads to pay child support. The problem was that they were taking away the fathers' drivers licenses (i.e. refusing renewals) but a lot of them could not get jobs without the license in order to pay the child support, which got to be this huge debate... point being that no matter what you do, somebody seems to get fucked.

Sometimes, it amazes me that people actually want to work under the red tape and stupidity of public policy and legislation positions because it seems like you're an ass, no matter what it is that you do.

I guess wisdom isn't really for the masses.
