Book Rec's for a Better Purpose
During the holiday season, my lovely book store job does a book drive for one specific organization. Last year's was purely for children (although I no longer remember the organization's name). They broke 18 shelves last night.
We had a celebrity event at the store last night, for Lauren Conrad from MTV's The Hills. We literally had over a thousand people show up for this.
