Ed had gotten off early for once, and went home. He smiled seeing she wasn't home yet, looking at the time. He went and got her flowers and left them on the kitchen counter to let her know he was home. He smirked to himself and undressed and waited in bed for her, naked.

Ed was enjoying spending time with Jayna, she made him laugh and he could relax with her. She didn't mind when he had to rush out for a case, even though he knew she worried until she heard from him. He decided to take her out for a nice dinner, and just spend a night with her. He arrived at her place to pick her up and smiled ringing the doorbell.
