My toilet just exploded

Apparently my parents have neglected to call the Roto-Rooter for a while. They realized this when, as mom was showering this morning, the downstairs toilet had a few bubbles of air come up. Bad sign. Despite this, Dad not only used the garbage disposal while cooking breakfast with me, but also started a load of laundry before going to the hardware

I used to volunteer at a soup kitchen that smelled like that, with some bleach thrown in on top. It was possibly the most vile thing I have ever smelled.

I've had a few interesting experiences with this, but I chose
to not use the other water generating devices.... I ended up having
a new 4" pipe ran from the house to the street. My tree loves the
sewage for its water and its nutrients.

Oooooh...I'm sorry :-( One of our toilets in London did a minor version of that and we couldn't get our landlord to fix it for several (very long and smelly) days. At least it's nice out now so you can go outside for a breather! Anyway, how's school going?
