So hei first serving interview I went to I got a job. Weeee. That's good, right??? It's for a new restaurant that's opening up down the street from where I live. It's being opened by the people who currently own restaurants in Little Italy and in Beachwood; it's going to be along the same lines as those restaurants: traditional northern italian

being a server fucking SUCKS! Iworked at Applebee's as a server and HATED IT, and at this locla diner named Abbys which sucked too but not as bad. Anyways, its not hard to do. Its just the kitchen staff think that they're awesome and you suck and you should be grateful that they make your food at all. Management always sits around thinking about why you haven';t got your sidework done yet and blah blah blah. But as far as them talking about getting a billion apps and whatever, they were probably fibbing. a lot of places do that to discourage people who don;'t really want to work from applying.
