Why can't I leave the scissors alone? I have this problem with cutting my hair so it never really grows. It just gets these annoying curls at the bottom, frizzy ones, not cute ones

I will GLADLY get you an autograph (and maybe even a little drawing!) from Full-sama if you PLEASE share the new album when you get it...if it's before the live so I can know it before I see him perform it. I plan to buy it then, but I do so want to hear it first so I can at least hum along^____^
