work today was HELL complete HELL
i had a few panic attacks during work because my anxiety was horrible, blah. i want to fucking quit, especially after today it was THAT bad, argh.
BUT, then after work i went home and then to jaynes, which changed everything for the best.

it was cold out but she was uphappy and quite frankly i was feeling like shot
