There is a tiny scene partway through the credits, but it was in the trailers, so that felt like kind of a ripoff. There was nothing at all after the credits were done. Hope you get to see it as soon as possible! (I'm going back ASAP!)

I'm glad you liked it. I've been looking forward to this one (mostly because I have this uncontrollable urge to hug Andrew Garfield and feed him milk and cookies whenever I see him), but I was trying not to get excited because I figured there was a good chance it would totally suck. It sounds like it doesn't suck, while not being perfect. But then there's no such thing as a perfect movie.

If you already love Andrew Garfield I don't even know how you will survive this. I had what I would describe as vaguely positive feelings for him, and I nearly exploded from feelings.

I'm looking forward to this! (starts this week here) and am going next weekend.

I'm definitely with you on the Tobey Maguire front. I actually enjoyed him in the first movie but the subsequent movies put me off so much that I actually can't watch the first one anymore without picturing Tobey Maguire doing his "impression" of being evil which was just uncomfortable.

Andrew Garfield totally snuck up on me on the cutie pie scale. NOW I WANT SPIDERMAN IN THE NEXT AVENGERS MOVIE AND FOR IT TO BE HIM!! I was hoping that was why they were doing such a fast reboot but doesn't sound like it unfortunately.

I went and saw it again a few weeks later. STILL SO GOOD.

And OMG yes, Andrew Garfield. How did I not know I loved you? It makes me so sad he won't be in an Avengers movie with this cast. It would be brilliant. <3

Sally Field as Aunt May? I was looking forward to this movie. Now I am even more. I think she'd be great in that.

I saw the preview when I saw The Avengers. I was impressed then.

I've already watched it too and was pretty impressed by the whole movie. And totally agree with you on Andrew Garfield ♥ Hadn't heard of him before, but he did such an adorable Spidey, I just wanted to hug him.

Stan Lee's cameo was pure gold this time <3
