I joined a gym* recently. With my work schedule (12-hour shifts), going to the gym on a work day isn't feasible (and yes, I did try for a few weeks), so I've now set up a schedule/exercise routine that is doable. Going backwards, I just finished Quiet: the Power of Introverts in a World That Can't Stop Talking by Susan Cain. I really enjoyed it. One of the things I like to do is ride my bicycle. I bought my bike in early 1994, so you can do the math on how old it is. The bike shop where I bought it is long gone (replaced by another bike shop) and the brand, Univega, was bought out years ago. It's a good bike, but it's heavy.
