Caffiene withdrawl is a bitch...god is it ever...but I am quiting soda. Its nothing but empty calories and caffiene. Along side of this, I am keeping all unessessary sugars and all chocolates out of my diet as well. After years of fustration, anger, sadness, and depression...I am starting to get a grip on myself. I am slowely learning to control my emotions and use them for positive output.
