SO I did what I do and my manager and I got to sit and talk. I got to tell him some of the things that have been bothering me and we discussed a lot. IT WAS GREAT! He just laughed at me and asked me if I wanted a hug. I said yes and what do you know, 1 minute later we're good again. I learned a trick from one of my friends. When you get directions to your destination you can click up and down the road. Well I got one raise and the second is on the way. I was transfered to one store to help them out and change it around. A week after I was there I was given a manager who was to do the same thing. Life just always has a way of working out. I'm getting one promotion and up for another. All this time of doing a job that I wasn't getting paid for and having this knowledge wasted I was secretly gtting recognition. I, unfortunately, do not realize a lot of times the effect that I have on others and therefor learn maybea little slower than others.
