i think in&out starts at about $8.25/hour. i dunno what their hiring policy is. you'll need to get a work permit. i hope things improve =/

My sisters friend is 16 and she works at in&out and the good thing is that your pay increases over a couple months. I think I heard something about medical benifits or something. Dunno if you'd like to work in with food though. >_>'

Oh I hope things get better...I think the best place to work at would either be Barnes and Noble or a local video place ((at ours the people just sit around all day until someone comes up to rent something...I want to work there so bad ; ;)) And I've got your package ready to send off I just got to go see how much it will cost to send and get all the stamps n stuff. :3 I'm here if you need anyone to talk to, mmkay?

tell ur mom i wuv her *hugs* and u guys too hang in there it will all get better!!!!just be a really good support team, the helping out reaaally helps. just talk to her more, give her hugs. let her know u really love her and care about her and your family. try and just keep everything negative out of the house. go out of ur way to do something nice so she will notice. try to put away as much hurt as u can for now and bring positive back into the house and family. trust me she will REALLY appreciate it and feel alot better about things and im sure you and rose will be alot more releived and happier too just from the mere positive acts. if u create the environment then it will grow within your hearts and ultimately things will get better. that way u woint be too stressed or eventually resentful when getting a job and helping out. does that make sense? well if u guys ever need anyone to talk to i will be there just give me a call!!! hang in there be strong! i love you guys hhhhuuuugggss xoxo
