All's well that ends well?
Final session this afternoon and it went how I wanted the first one to go. I finally got the router set up and screwed up before the session so that I could get my guinea pigs to fix it after the presentation, it went well and everyone left feeling they had gotten something out of it ( Read more... ) -

Gym again today, easier that Monday except for the rowing machine, but that was on account of me eating too late before exercising. I managed to get my spm back up to the kind off level I was at before the break ( Read more... ) -
Begin again
Well we went back to the gym tonight after 3 weeks and 4 days of failing to attend, and it wasn't as awful as I thought it would be. Yeah it was hard, but I completed everything without issue, I didn't push the strokes per minute on the cross trainer, and still got a reasonable level, not as good as I had been getting, but acceptable.
