Written that second cheque to HM Revenue & Customs... I find I rather like writing cheques (even if it does mean I'm essentially divesting myself of money), something official about that thick parchment-like paper and having to write the sum out in words makes me feel much more important than I actually am... as if I'm paying off some blackmailer ( Read more... ) -

A quick update.
Ah well it been interesting lately... spent halloween in Whitby (had intended to spend about a week there but the place was booked out) and it was great fun! The outfits were great and rekindled my love of cyber/steam punk might actually end up getting some cyber goggles just because I go all "kid at christmas" when I see them ( Read more... ) -

Its that time of year again when my workplace launches "Tickled Pink" its charity drive for Breast Cancer (Personally I think they could try other charitys now and then but to hell with it...) and I have in my stupidity gotten roped in, not that I mind charity work mind.... but I Digress ( Read more... ) -
