Yippee for the combo of illness & insomnia!

I have a cold. Again. 3rd one in 8 months. Think something is trying to tell me something? Anyway, I haven't been able to sleep all week, so when I started to get sick I thought "Good, maybe I'll get some sleep!" No such luck. I got about 3 hours, and now despite how absolutely shitty I feel, no more is forthcoming. Damn. I have work

I tried the Zicam the last time I had a nasty cold/flu thing going on, and it seemed to make me feel better. I hope you are feeling better soon ;)

I managed to take 1 and 1/2 doses before I decided anymore and it wouldn't stay down. The cold moved from my head to my chest like lightning. And the expectorant stuff isn't working. 5 days now, and my chest feels like someone is sitting on it and squeezing my throat which is still raw from trying to cough and breath thru my mouth for days...But I'm healing, slowly, but still doing it.
