Yesterday was a bad day... Work sucked... and my cat died.

I just went to my new Kaiser Doctor yesterday. I have mixed feelings. I felt like she was kind of harsh and that she made some bad prejudgments (like she kind of assumed that I didn't eat my vegetables.) She also was kind of single focused. It seems I've had a nice big piece of cement stuck up in my gums between the 2 main teeth they worked on a month ago. The dentist told me that unless I need a root canal in that back tooth, this has been the root of my pain and that the pain should now stop. Considering how painful it was to have the cement removed and how aggravated the dentist ( Read more... )

I guess it was just my time for bad luck... I have had 2 or 3 other dental surgeries in my life and while I might not have always liked the dentist, the aftermath always left me wondering why most people find teeth extractions and root canals so bad. Last Friday was my dental surgery. There are some good things: like I supposedly needed less work than the Dentist thought and didn't need any stitches (I was very happy about this)... also, I don't remember anything about being in the chair other than getting the IV put in.
