The images are interesting - I've never seen the comic strip before!

Well, those particular types of feeders are perfect for ground feeding birds - the mourning doves will go up onto my neighbor's feeder like that, but prefer to stay on the ground at my house. Isn't that funny?

We haven't had very much snow, and I'm missing it, but I understand why you're sick of it! That's a lot of snow that's been dumped in your neck of the woods so far.

Achewood is a very strange webcomic! But it's incredibly entertaining once you get the hang of the language and the humor.

I've always seen mourning birds on and off the feeder, but it is interesting how birds behave. I have a thistle feeder that gets hit maybe twice in the summer by yellow finches, but my mom's is always swarming with them. My grandpa is the family Bird Expert, so we were all pretty stunned by how stumped he was haha

The snow hasn't been that bad here, honestly. Other parts around me got nailed, but where I'm at has been called the Kalamazoo Split. It's fun watching a storm come at you on the radar and break apart, then reform once it's past us. Still, it'll hit us eventually, so I should stop complaining!

I've had Roast Beef days too. Usually they are sad and full of self-loathing.

I had no idea Daft Punk was doing music for Tron: Legacy. I must now own this soundtrack. :o

Once I heard some of the music on youtube, I had the album before I even saw the movie! It's a great soundtrack and it's not at all shocking that I am listening to it right now!

I'm heading to go see the movie this afternoon, and I bought the soundtrack yesterday. Definitely great. Slightly different for Daft Punk, but very, very good.
