IS THAT A DEAD BODY? - AU drabble series open to everyone
Hallo there! I come bearing.... something like a fic. It's an AU that I decided to open to everyone. It all begins like this:
"SOMEONE BETTER BE DYING."
Time: 4 AM.
Location: Kanda's doorstep.
Weather: dark. Frostbite cold.
Reason for this fuckery?
Kanda stared.
"Is that a dead body?"
Lavi laughed awkwardly and scratched the back of his head. "Huh... yeaaah...."
Absolute, mind-boggling idiocy.
"So this guy broke into my apartment...."
That over there is the beginning of a series of drabbles related to this one event, all listed down there in chronological order. I like to call this the Lavi killed some guy AU, but it is also known as Lavi's-a-murderous-idiot AU, dead-guy-at-my-door AU, From Lavi With Love AU [*], Lavi Never Dies AU [*], Her Majesty's Secret Illegal Immigrant AU [*], among many many others. (in other words, I haven't decided on a title yet).

This is an AU open to everyone.
In other words, if you have an idea for a funny drabble in this AU yourself, you can go right ahead and write it, and you'll be helping create this story. Just don't forget to post a link to your drabble in a comment to this entry. XD
Rating: let's say R. Or NC-17 - for language, implied violence, and whatever else comes up.
Genre: crack, action(?), whatever else.

Amount of planning invested in this fic's plot: small to none so far.

The drabbles!
1. "So this guy broke into my house..." - the one drabble that began it all.
2. Tiedoll's kitchen tablecloth, in which Kanda tries to cope with the situation and domestic violence becomes canon for this AU.
3. Telling Tiedoll what happened to his beloved table cloth, or why Kanda hates his life (this one's a flashforward of sorts. Not sure when it actually happens, all I know is it takes place after all the existent drabbles)
4. Discussion of a plan of extreme awesomeness or How to Hide a Corpse.
5. Too Damn Early For This Shit - finally, the revelation of how exactly it all started. Or at least why it started.
6. Written by some awesome, awesome anon, here you have a Random Addition of Not-Much-Thought, in which we are introduced to what is happening in Teh Super Sekrit Scientific Facility.
That said, if you want to add your own, while nothing is actually planned for the plot, please consider these ideas (most are mugen_edamame's):
- they will wear shades at some point. Because it's cool.
- and maybe fake wigs. You know you want them to. ;)
- they'll fly on a blimp. Lavi will be the one piloting it (God save them all). No idea how that particular adventure ends.
- Lavi will develop an attachment to the Mission Impossible theme.
- Kanda will not be pleased by aforementioned attachment.
- for added crack, having Cross in the Police Force would be advisable (or not, depending on how you look at it).
- Allen will probably be an underling of Cross' of some sort. But maybe he actually also works as a mole in the police force for Lavi and has some really shady connections (other than Lavi himself, that is).
- so, both cops and bad guys will be after Lavi (and Kanda), but the cops will try to keep it all hush-hush because some politician says so, because big bad guy with the dirty money said so (this is just so we can have Lavi and Kanda doing crazy stuff and not have the whole country seeing it on TV hours later. I guess. Though maybe they will anyway? Oh, whatever works.)
