I completely agree. I also think, much as with physicians, it's important to find a doctor willing to determine cause, and not just hand out perscriptions for the symptoms.

Oh,certainly. Just as it is crucial that you find someone you are comfortable with and who inspires trust. All of the relationships mentioned are about working with someone to improve your life and solve problems. If you are not able to tell this person everything they need to know, then you are working with the wrong professional.

You are right in that there should be no difference between seeking a dr of either field. The real difference is that you have to trust one with your body and the other with your soul.

and quite frankly even if i truly felt I needed it, I dont think I would be able to trust a stranger with that.
