last nite we cooked. and it was good. we had an arm roast in the freezer, and a crock pot in the cupboard. combined the 2 with some water, minced/dried onion, salt and pepper, turned it on and let sit for 9 hrs. came home to the wonderful smell of cooked beef and a roast so tender it fell apart on touching it and metled in your mouth... nummy food ( Read more... )
