Huh.

It was definitely a good trip, but not one that produced too many exciting stories. It took most of the trip before the culture really started to sink in. I never really got "culture shock," I think just because it was SO different. I crashed my car. Last night after dropping Aric off at his Americorps housing, I was driving back (fun, narrow road). I went around a corner and the rear of the car started coming around on me. I just wanted to wish everyone a happy holiday time. It seems that this time of year brings a lot of trying times of various sorts, and so I wanted to say that my thoughts are with those who I know and don't know whose holidays are somehow less than stellar. I hope all gets better. I love you all.
