Got some news the other day that made me feel very old. My 20 year old cousin and his girlfriend are expecting a baby! Sounds like it was as planned as ours. However, they're happy and that's a relief. However, I still haven't quite got used to the idea since it doesn't seem that long ago since I was changing his nappies ( Read more... ) -

Joint joy
Just when I thought things were getting better, two further joints in my lower back have locked. I had to get rather intense physiotherapy today to try and sort them out. I can't tell you how sore it is to have a physiotherapist shove a hand under your coccyx and try to manipulate locked joints. She warned that I might even be a bit bruised from ( Read more... ) -

We've been in Denmark. Just got back yesterday, thankfully I have today off work to put my feet up. Sadly it will be the last time I can fly for a while due to being heavily pregnant and also very skint ( Read more... ) -

J and I have bought a new car. Well, it'll be new to us. The reason we had to buy one is that our old car, which was so kindly given to us as a gift, is falling apart. Mainly because of the route we take to work. It's a lovely country road with beautiful views, amazing wildlife and stunning sky. But it knocks absolute hell out of cars. Still alive, just completely lacking in anything interesting to say. Feeling tired most of the time, which does make me good company at all.
Tonight I was the epitome of thrilling when I tidied my wardrobe and threw out some old clothes.
