The whole thing is pretty sad. Drinking was part of his whole image. I don't think I ever saw him on a show where he wasn't drinking corona or JD. I remember one episode of biker build off where his gas tank was leaking onto his legs on a long ride. At a rest stop he said something like "I'll just drink more beer and forget about it".
He's done. Throw him in jail and dole out his money to lawyers and the victim's families. A tragedy for everyone involved. Billy included.
He needs to be made an example of, and I have a feeling he will be. Kids don't need to be thinking it's cool to ride around drunk with no helmet and act like an asshole.

i bought armored core 4. it's a mech game. it's fast paced. it's fun. not as fun as gears, but it's still fun.
