going to be home this friday instead of next thurs...yay for longer break!

i am alive. i am back in new orleans. i have not disappeared. i will write about this summer. i just can't right now. i'm two weeks late for school.

i leave in seven hours and four minutes!!! i am so excited.

i hope everyone has a great summer, and i'll definitely try to post around the end of june when i get to the second place i'm teaching, where i should have internet access.

don't really have much time to journal lately. things will stop being so crazy after this week is over. i have mailed my grants off, there's a final for my deviant behavior class tonight, a fifty page first draft for a paper due tomorrow, and to top it all off, i'm completely broke and can't even afford to pay for gas to go to work and earn money ( Read more... )

does it EVER stop raining??? now that i have my sister's car, i have to put a big tarp over the car every time i park it anywhere, cuz the roof leaks...then when i'm driving around i have to take the tarp off, so i just get soaked, but that's kinda fun ( Read more... )

a blind guy told me i was hot today... i don't get it.

lots of people came to apply at my work today!hooray! we need people SOOOOoooo bad! too bad i'm gone in a week...hmmm...i'll make sure a couple of them definitely get hired though.... gotta have fun people to work with over x-mas.

wow...haven't live journal-ed in a long time. back in st louis, working and such. first lake party of the summer ended today. i have no idea when the next one will be. i've been taking too many days off work for this stuff...every wed for tower grove and jazz at the botanical gardens....this weekend for the lake party....next weekend for chuck's ( Read more... )
