I know - it stinks - people should be given tests for both dog owning AND kid owning - cos it seems that too big a number of both are hardly capable of looking after themselves, let alone anything else!!

People behave much as the animals they call pets.
They walk about sniffing or attempting to sniff eatch
other's ass and barking in incoheirant phrases.
