I saw the movie "Something Wicked This Way Comes" tonight. I remember loving that movie as a kid, even with the cheesy special effects and happy-go-lucky ending. I saw it way before I ever read the book, which is probably why it will always hold a place in this gray lump of a heart

have you seen the hbo series carnivale? if not, you should definitely check it out. we're working on burning the first 2 seasons (the 2nd ends this sunday) onto dvd. i'll be happy to lend them to you once we've gotten them done. it's a pretty incredible show...

No, but I saw a box set for it at one of the used dvd stores. Is it more of a true "behind the scenes" kind of tale or is it more fantasy like?

it's extremely fantasy-like. good versus evil. creepy. confusing. awesome. i like it almost as much as "twin peaks," which is my all-time favourite tv show...
