Had a busy weekend, climbed and went to see Shakespere in the park on friday. Met up with Julia and spent the night at her house. Her pug snores badly and the retriver just could not go to sleep. Had a bad dream about my ex last night. Left me feeling weird this morn, so I msg her to make sure she is ok. Feels even weirder since I had a nice date with another girl last night. I drove up to gates pass for sunset and brought some indian for dinner. She loved it.

I got to Run with Pam Reed last night at Meet me at Maynards. It was pretty cool. My cough is almost all gone.
Pretty good mood today, got to ride my bike to work for the first time in 2 weeks.

Still feeling sick, leaving work way early, but coming in before the hash and doing some reports (hash and work are on the same part of town)

Hash tonight should be a blast

Biked to work, Last night I ran 3 mi, then went to the hash and walked 3 or 4 miles.

Started coughing this morning. this sucks. Drove into work this morn.

i should have 17mi on the bike this morn and another 8 to get home. Wonder if anyone wants to do an easy 3mi run with me this evening.

I slacked off all weekend and didnt excersise at all.

Today I rode 25 miles to work, still need 7.8mi to get home. I will try to run A mountain tonight at Maynards. Thats 6.1, otherwise ill do 3 or 4mi
