Mother's day is coming, and even though I have three children I love so much, it's the worst season of the year for me. The constant adoration of the idealized mother, my tormentor.

Nightmares, weird dreams, flashbacks, anxiety as to safety, no sex drive. Can't concentrate. I feel like my mind is very noisy (not like I'm hearing things because I never have but just everyone is thinking at once, all different things, all urgent, and I can't focus on any of them).

Not sure what's going on.
